We are delighted to announce that Jan Liebermann, one of the world's most promising organists, is to give a concert on a Skrabl organ in London.
The concert on Friday, October 17, will be on the four-manual, French-style instrument in the church of Our Lady of Victories, Kensington.
Liebermann, 19, has earned acclaim through numerous awards and performances in important venues, from Freiberg Cathedral to Keble College Oxford.
Accolades include first prize at the 2024 Northern Ireland International Organ Competition, first prize at the 2021 Jugend musiziert Competition and second prize at the 2023 International Organ Competition Wuppertal.
He began piano lessons at seven and started studying the organ in 2018 with Bernhard Zosel in Kronberg. In December 2019, he was accepted into the Young Academy of the Frankfurt University of Music and Performing Arts as a pre-college student in the organ class of Prof. Carsten Wiebusch.
In the spring of 2024, he attracted attention by performing the six trio sonatas of J S Bach from memory in several public concerts. His recordings on YouTube have garnered thousands of followers. We look forward to seeing you there.

Tickets, at £15 each, may be obtained from Eventbrite or by clicking the QR code on the right. The concert will start at 7pm (19.00) and doors open at 6.30pm. We are grateful to the Church of Our Lady of Victories and its Director of Music, Timothy Macklin, for hosting this event.
